Dazheng Crystals Co., Ltd (SDC) was founded by Shandong
University in the New & Hi-tech Development Zone in
Zibo. Incorporating qualified research team of experts from
the university, including Professor Han Jianru inventor
of KTP crystal ,SDC insures our customer high quality and
reliable technical support service with our patended crystal
growth technology, strict quality control and economical
cost.
SDC's major products consist of KTP£¬SKTP£¬KTP
family£¬KDP£¬DKDP£¬BBO; rare
earth doped crystals : YVO4,
YAG, YLF and optical quartz crystals. Besides, SDC is also
a reliable producer and provider of high-temperature resistant
materials£ºAl2O3,

Under the direction of Professor
Han Jianru from Shandong University , inventor of KTP crystals
and also member of board of directors of SDC the research
team have developed semiconductor crystals ,laser crystals
, nonlinear optical crystals , scintillating crystals and
piezoelectric crystals using vapor and liquid epitaxy ,
flux , Czochralski , Bridgman-Stockbarger, high temperature
solution and hydrothermal method respectively winning science
prizes including National Invention Patent for KTP ; Second
Prize of " National Prize of Science and Technology
Progress " for researching KTP crystals; Second Prize
of"Science and Technology Progress Prizes of Chinese
Educational Ministry" for researching SHG Nd:YAG laser;
Second Prize of " Science and Technology Progress Prizes
of Chinese Educational Ministry"for researching
high quality quartz crystals.
